Overview

Pharmaceutical assistants must be registered in the Register of Pharmaceutical Assistants kept by the PSI in order to be able to practise in Ireland.

Registered pharmaceutical assistants must apply on an annual basis for continued registration and pay an annual fee. Certificates of continued registration are issued to registrants once their applications and fees have been processed.

An online registrant facility is available via this website which allows pharmaceutical assistants to apply for continued registration and pay fees online, as well as update certain personal details, including contact details.
