Certificates of Confirmation of Qualification and/or Professional Status
Pharmacists who are currently registered (or who have been previously registered in Ireland) who wish to apply for registration to practise in another country or for restoration to a competent authority with which they were previously registered, may require a Certificate of Confirmation of Qualifications (CCQ) and/or Certificate of Current Professional Status (CCPS) (formerly known as Letters of Good Standing) to be sent on their behalf to the relevant registration authority by the PSI. If you wish to apply for either Certificate, please download and complete the application form and return to the Registration Unit of the PSI accompanied by the appropriate fee (see application form).
In order to facilitate pharmacists who wish to obtain Certificates of Confirmation of Qualification and/or Current Professional Status for other competent authorities, a timetable of periods for submission of such requests for 2013 has been set by the PSI.
