Restoring your Registration

In order to facilitate pharmacists who wish to restore to the Register of Pharmacists, the PSI has drawn up a timetable of periods for Restoration requests.

Applicants should note that after a period of more than six months off the Register, they may have to apply as if for first-time registration as a pharmacist.

Further information about the process for applying for restoration to the Register of pharmacist, including an online application form, will be available here in the near future.
