The Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI), the statutory regulator for pharmacists and pharmacies, invites you to attend lectures by Ms Jackie Giltrow (Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain), Professor Ian Bates (School of Pharmacy, University of London) and Ms Alison Innes (School of Pharmacy, University of London) in Lecture Theatre 1, Trinity School of Pharmacy, Panoz Institute (Lincoln Gate entrance) at 2 pm, Tuesday, 2 December, 2008.

Ms Giltrow will talk about the aftermath and implications of the Harold Shipman inquiry and relevance to the Irish context. The lectures are the latest in a series to mark the PSI Council’s meetings across Ireland in its new capacity as regulator. There will also be a plaque unveiled at 12.45pm to mark the occasion.
