Call for expressions of interest for external member vacancy on Audit and Risk Committee

The deadline for applications to the Audit and Risk Committee is now closed.

As part of our commitment to good governance and compliance with the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, the PSI is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates for the role of independent external member of our Audit and Risk Committee. There is currently one vacancy on the Committee and we are particularly interested in hearing from people with expertise in risk management.

We welcome applications, however, from those who have professional expertise in any of the areas outlined in the information booklet. A reserve panel for future vacancies on the Committee will be formed, which will remain in place until 2025. If you are interested in applying, please read our information booklet containing details about the role, its requirements, and the time commitment involved.
