The Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will hold an Inquiry concerning a Registered Pharmacist on Thursday 15 September 2011 at 10am in the Ormond Meeting Rooms, 31-36 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007.
