  • Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry

In accordance with Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007, an inquiry concerning a registered pharmacist and three registered pharmacies will be held by the Professional Conduct Committee on 12 and 13 October 2021 starting at 10:00am. Due to Government Health Guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the inquiry will take place by remote hearing and pre-registration is required in order to access the hearing. Please email remotehearings@psi.ie for details on how to register. The deadline for registration is 5pm Friday, 8 October 2021.
