Seanad General Election

The PSI has been advised, by the Returning Officer for Seanad Eireann, that the “period during which proposals for nomination by nominating bodies may be received expires on the 15th June 2007”. The PSI has the right to propose for nomination one person to the Cultural and Educational panel. The Council of the PSI will consider requests for nomination at its meeting on the 12th June. Persons who wish to be considered for nomination on that date must submit their request to the Registrar by close of business on the 8th June.
