Complaints about a pharmacist or pharmacy
If you are not happy with the treatment you have received in a pharmacy, or you have a concern about a pharmacist's conduct or behaviour, you may make a complaint to the PSI, if the treatment, conduct or behaviour is something over which we regulate. Please see the complaints section for more information as to what you can make a complaint about and how.

Register requests for pharmacies
Pharmacists can order a controlled drug, destruction or duty register for the pharmacy by filling out this online form. All orders received will be processed and delivered within 7-10 working days.
