View the list of the names of persons who requested the removal of their names from the register of Pharmaceutical Assistants kept under section 13(1)(a)(iii) of the
Act.
Section 60 of the Pharmacy Act 2007
View the list of the names of persons who have had their names removed
from the Register of Pharmacists kept under section 13(1) of the Act, for failure to make application for
continued registration as a pharmaceutical assistant in compliance with
Rule 12 of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (Registration) Rules
2008 (S.I. No. 494 of 2008), and for failure to pay the prescribed fee.
