Involuntary Cancellations

In accordance with the procedures prescribed under the Pharmacy Act 2007, the names of the persons listed below were, on the dates specified, cancelled and removed from the Register of Pharmacists kept under section 13(1) of the Act, for failure to make application for continued registration as a pharmacist in compliance with section 14 of the Act, and for failure to pay the prescribed fee.
