Continued Registration for Retail Pharmacy Businesses

Completing Continued Registration Online

You can apply for your continued registration in the PSI online registration portal. The registration portal is available 24 hours a day and contains instructions and information videos to assist you.

What you will need:

  1. Your login details for the registration poral (email and password) 
  2. The mobile phone  you provided when you first set up your account

Pharmacy owners must apply on an annual basis for continued registration of their pharmacy at least 30 days before the expiry date of the current certificate. Pharmacy owners will receive a continued registration notice by email from the PSI at least 60 days before the pharmacy certificate is due to expire.

A process of cancellation of registration and removal from the Register of Retail Pharmacy Businesses will commence for registrants who have failed to make the necessary application for continued registration by the date of expiry of the current certificate of registration.

Continued Registration Fee

You can pay for continued registration of a pharmacy by Credit/Debit Card and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)/Bank Transfer. For further information, please see the PSI fees information.
