• Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry

An Inquiry concerning a Registered Pharmacist conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will commence on Thursday, 30 January 2020 at 10.00am in the offices of the PSI, PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007. This Inquiry is scheduled to continue on Friday, 31 January 2020.

• Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry

An Inquiry concerning a Registered Retail Pharmacy Business conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will commence on Wednesday, 22 January 2020 at 12.00pm in the offices of the PSI, PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007. This Inquiry is scheduled to continue on Thursday, 23 January 2020.

• Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry

An Inquiry concerning a Registered Pharmacist which was opened before the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI on Monday, 4 November 2019 will resume on Tuesday, 14 January 2020 at 10.00am in the offices of the PSI, PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007. This Inquiry is scheduled to continue on Wednesday, 15 and Thursday, 16 January 2020.
