In accordance with Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007, an inquiry concerning three registered pharmacies will be held by the Professional Conduct Committee on Monday, 20 December 2021 starting at 10:00am. Due to Government Health Guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the inquiry will take place by remote hearing and pre-registration is required in order to access the hearing.
