COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19, staff are working remotely with limited access to the office. We have altered how we are working as we aim to maintain a responsive and timely service for all who engage with us. All of our departments are operational and can be contacted during business hours.

Payment for all application types can be made by electronic funds transfer using a completed fee payment form accompanied by an emailed or paper application form. Remember to include a reference to the PSI registration number of the pharmacy, pharmacist or pharmaceutical assistant to which your payment relates.
