Workforce Intelligence Report and Survey Analysis Report

PSI Workforce Intelligence Report The Workforce Intelligence Report, commissioned by the PSI, identifies and examines risks to the future sustainability of the patient-facing pharmacist workforce. It is the first report of its kind for Ireland, and it provides a baseline view of the pharmacy workforce in Ireland. It assesses the current risks to the continued availability of the pharmacy workforce, and proposes a series of strategic recommendations and mitigating actions for implementation with agreement from key stakeholders from across the health system and pharmacy sector.

Pharmacy Workforce Survey Analysis Report This report provides additional data and more in-depth analysis of the Pharmacy Workforce Survey conducted by the PSI as part of the Emerging Risks to Future Pharmacy Workforce project. The key outputs of this analysis are also contained in the Workforce Intelligence Report.
