Fitness to Practise inquiries to be held in public are notified on this page. Any member of the public who wishes to attend the inquiry is requested to email to notify their attendance in advance. Please let us know if you have access requirements and our Access Officers will be happy to assist with your visit. 

  • Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry: 23 November 2022

An Inquiry concerning a Registered Pharmacist conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will commence on Wednesday, 23 November 2022 at approximately 10.00am in the offices of the PSI, PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007.

An Inquiry concerning a Registered Pharmacist conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee of the PSI will commence on Tuesday, 22 November 2022 at approximately 10.00am in the offices of the PSI, PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2 under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007

  • Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry: 16-17 November 2022 [Adjourned]

An inquiry concerning a Registered Pharmacist conducted by the Professional Conduct Committee will commence on Wednesday, 16 November 2022 at approximately 10.00am in the offices of the PSI, PSI House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, under Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007. 

  • Professional Conduct Committee Inquiry: 24 March 2022

In accordance with Part 6 of the Pharmacy Act 2007, an inquiry concerning a registered pharmacist will be held by the Professional Conduct Committee on Thursday, 24 March 2022 at 10:00am. This Inquiry is scheduled to continue on Friday, 25 March 2022. The inquiry will take place by remote hearing and pre-registration is required in order to access the hearing. Please email remotehearings@psi.ie for details on how to register, the deadline for registration is 5pm Tuesday, 22 March 2022.

Fitness to Practise inquiries before the Professional Conduct Committee are held in public unless a successful application is made by a complainant, the PSI registrant or a witness for the hearing to be held in private or partly in private. This can happen at any time before the hearing commences.
